Our designs for corner and infill sections of an urban block are part of an invited competition proposal for the next phase of Sekyra Group’s Smíchov City development.
The designs use the balcony zone as the buffer between the public and private realms also helping to improve the acoustic conditions for the residences for this densely planned urban environment.
