IBA prepared designs to demonstrate how the new rooftop offices in Kotva could be used based on a brief from advertising agency McCann Erickson.
The tree like column structures of the building are left exposed throughout the floor and a multi-level ‘agora’ is created for bigger meetings or ‘town halls’. Interactive visualizations of the spaces are prepared for marketing the space – showcase available on the link above.
