Following a competition win on this sloping site in Prague 5 we have completed the concept design for the first phase of this development.
Four apartment buildings are planned initially with each designed to have its own distinct character. The living floors are elevated above the parking level which is recessed into the ground providing a strong separation between the public and private realms. Each building is orientated to maximize views down the Prokopské valley and to accentuate their individuality.
Overall, the development should provide 25 000 m2 of accommodation over a number of phases. The client is Sekyra group.
