The Gamma and Delta buildings follow on from the Alfa / Beta projects and complete the residential zone on the Eastern side of the Hagibor masterplan.
Delta fronts onto Počernická street and in terms of height and massing relates to the adjacent Beta building. Rising behind these, Gamma’s U shape footprint is orientated towards the parkland setting to the north/west with its cascade of terraces projecting into the greenery.
The building’s have their own distinctive style and sit within a richly landscaped environment of linked green spaces; a densely planted ‘micro forest’ using mature trees and shrubs running throughout the masterplan as a common connecting theme. Each apartment has its own balcony / terrace / garden to maximise contact with the surrounding nature.
The project provides a total of 307 apartments with ground floor retail units. The developer for this multi-award winning project is Crestyl and the contractor was Syner.
