The next phase of the village expansion includes 53 houses and is located on 2 land plots totalling 4.7 hectares. The project builds upon earlier phases in providing modern living in a traditional Czech village setting and includes a mixture of detached, semi-detached, and bungalows arranged around common green spaces.
